This is Chad Harrison and you're listening to Hope Applying God's word to your daily life. Hi, this is Chad Harrison and I am the teaching pastor of Lake Community Church and have been serving as a pastor for 25 years. I'm also a practicing attorney. This podcast is designed to help you study God's word and find God's will for your life. I pray in the name of Jesus right now that God would open up.

His word to you and allow you.

To see him and to know him and to know his will, that you might glorify him and that you might walk in faith and power each and every day, especially today in Jesus name.

I think it'd be real, real important that you get this now if you want to go down a rabbit hole. And we talked about that. That is riding the beast. And the beast is. Is the dragon Satan. And then we ended last chapter with, with. Okay, and y' all know from last. Last. From last chapter as we were studying through it that this, this woman is. Is the one world false religion. It is. It's the. It's the ancient pagan religion that started in. In. In sh. On the plains of Shine or where. And, and I talked to y' all about that all a lot because a lot of times. Months to find. So many cultures, including ours, that it's almost impossible to stamp it out. Now that being said, these will. I'm going to go through this passage and. Rabbit holes and, and remember, just because it's a rabbit hole doesn't mean it ain't true. And just, just because some things are true about a rabbit hole don't mean the whole thing is true. Right? All right, so we're going to go through it and I do. Chapters on this two whole chapters. And so if there's two chapters spent on this subject, then it is of great importance not only historically, but is in great importance in the end times. And these. This one world religion that. That we. We are are talking about this. This, this ancient paganism is. As you read this chapter, you realize how. How much it is. And then you begin to ask how much not. Not only how much it's. It's inculcated in all cultures. Then you get begin to ask how is this working? How is this is. Is this. And then before you know it, you're all into conspiracy theories. Okay. All right, so so I. And I'm. I'm not telling you. Recently in the last 10 or 15 years our, our media has. Has attacked conspiracy theories and anything that might point to something negative about what they believed in. They just call it a conspiracy theory. Okay, well, some conspiracy theories are true. Something. Okay? And I can't believe it because Sec. Michigan one. So the, the. The. The big tens won two in a row. That can't be the case. Just because somebody calls it a conspiracy theory doesn't mean that it's not. It's not absolutely 100% true. Okay? So when we're going through this, I want you to hear me. I'm going to point out a few fell in one just realize it could be true. It could not be true. Verse one of chapter 18. So we're. We're on the second chapter that's dealing. Now. Notice this angel is. Is lending a whole lot of credence to this. This angel is placing a great emphasis on this. It says, having great authority was illuminated. Is. Is this angel is. Is an angel of light and truth. An angel that. That is going to unveil a lot of understanding. Now I'm having trouble with it. So it may not be light for today. It might be light for that time. Does that make sense? And it may be a great understanding for then. And I think that that's what that means. Just because there's understanding in the future doesn't mean that we're going to totally understand it today. Just as when Daniel made his prophecy and out same is true here. Okay? It says here and he cried mightily with a loud voice saying, babylon the great is fallen. Is fallen. Now notice it says it twice. Okay? And I always give you the symbolism of scripture because. Because the symbolism of scripture repeats itself. And it will point to you as you're looking at a passage. If you don't really understand what it means, but you have the symbols, you can. It will point you in the right direction and get you on the right road. Does that make sense? And so one is the. One is the number for the triangle for witness. Meaning you have two witnesses that say this is true. Okay? Three is the number of the Trinity. Four is the number of the way. It's the number that represents how the earth was created. You've got the four winds, the four seasons. You've got the four hemispheres as you go through. Four is the number of man. And we've talked about this as far as the antichrist or what we call the beast. Remember, he has the number 666 on him. And a lot of people think that's the number of the devil. That is not the number of a devil. Six is the number of man. Six. Six. Six would Be. Six. Trying to be in. Trying to be God. Okay. Completion. 8. New beginnings. 9 is disorder. 10 is. Is the number of. Of the Pentateuch. It's the number. I mean, not the Pentateuch. It's the number of. Of the ten Commandments. It is. It is the number of the law. All right, sure. I get to 12 because 12. Generally, when you see the number 12, it's going to have something to do with Israel. Okay. Or the Jews notam in scripture. And I tell. I tell people all the time, like, if you want to know what. What is symbolic of a bunch of people. Well, interesting. Crazy. It's fish and trees. Okay? It's fish and trees. The num. The. The word. The. The symbol that comes. Comes up a whole lot which love is the symbolism of the boat. Boat is salvation. The first time we see a boat in scripture was. Was an ark that was created by Noah. And from then on boats. Every time you see a boat, something is going on that has to do with salvation. Okay, And. And. And I can go through. Well, Kathleen and I want to. Lines are spiritual authorities, both positive and negative. Lamb is. Is. Is. Is. Is God's children.

Or.

Or it might be. Or it might be Christ being the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. So as you go through this, you can see that he says Babylon is fallen. Is fallen. What? Right. Now that is interesting because if we have this religion that is. Has. Has worked its way throughout our societies. Okay? And defeated. Meaning it's been. Of the world that. How many of y' all ever knock on wood. Truth is. Is that. That the pulpit. How many y' all have been in church with a pulpit? Okay, the pulpit is a. Is a. Is a. A druid. That they're. They're the first place you see the. Any writings they had and. And their. Their different potions. And they would stand in front of them and people would sit and they would teach them and. And use those things. So. So that is strange now. Okay. Not gonna mention it. But there is one, and it's a big one. Okay. That they will. They will totally purge out anything that has anything not to do with what they believe destroys this pagan religion. It's the first beast. It's a beast out of the sea, which means he's a gentile. Okay. All right. It says that it's fallen. Now notice it became. It has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison of every foul spirit and a cage for every unclean and hated bird. All right, now I want you to hear Me, because y' all are. And, and we. I like, like them too. Birds are dogs and birds, okay? Dogs. Dogs in scriptures are always pictures of demons, okay? All right? And that just hurts your feelings real, real bad. But if you think about it makes real, really good sense because demons are disembodied human spirits that died in the flood, okay? And if they're, if they're former humans that were the result of the angelic and women and they died in the flood, what a disembodied human want to be around people, right? And how do they, how do they get into your life? Well, they, they get you to invite them to be a part of your life. The demonic, the Bible calls them, you know, to. They're. They entangle themselves in your life. They don't. For some people, they possess, but generally speaking, they oppress things, okay? They're. They're not ever removed. Just like a poodle, okay? Absolutely. Just like a poodle. All right? Or. Or a Chihuahua. We, we. My family Mexican heritage, but they believe in having Mexican dogs, okay? Because they've had Chihuahua's going generations back, okay? So they love, they love the Chihuahua. And we've. We've had a couple of Chihuahua, all right? Dogs are pictures of that, okay? Now here's the thing. Here's the thing. Other than. Other than the. Are called eagles over in the Middle east. Buzzards, okay? Now, now don't you listen to me? Don't you listen to me? I love this. When I was a kid, because there was a vulture or a buzzard in California that they was trying to save, okay? And, and because it was going extinct, all right? And, and I heard about it a lot about save the California Condor. Condor, That's a great name for a buzzard, okay? Ever. They don't want to ever give to it. Well, if you see the eagle, what, what is described as an eagle in, in the Middle east, it looks more like a buzzard than it does an eagle, okay? It doesn't look like a golden or, or bald eagle. It doesn't look like one of those. It. It's got the ugly head. Over there. And so, so birds other than the eagle and the eagle and the dove are generally pictures of the fallen angels, okay? All right? If you find, if you find a bird in scripture, it's usually a picture of a fallen angel, okay? And by the way, by the way, angels have six wings, okay? And the only angel in scripture that is described as having two wings is, is, is a, is a fallen angel or a demon, okay? And that's only mentioned once. And she carries a basket and I. I won't get into angel. Some people don't like for me to teach that. But I'm sorry. There's a difference in scripture between a demon and a fallen angel. Demons have less power and are more desirous of being a part of your life. Fallen angels have power because they are the to be messed with. Okay? And I want you to hear me when for false religions that claim an angel gave them a message. I want you to hear me. Scripture. Okay, One time when he was 17, 20, 21 and 24. But he only got it once. But then in his book he says he got it when he's 17, 20, 21 and 24. His name is Moroni Rona. So he was an Italian angel. Just like Malachi. Okay? Just like Malachi is the only. Have those things you need to understand that that this one world religion is controlled by the demonic. Is controlled by. A cage for every hated and unclean bird. As you go today I pray that.

The Lord will bless you and keep you. That he'll make his face to shine upon you and that he will give you hope and peace today in Jesus name.
