This is Chad Harrison, and you're listening to Hope Applying God's word to your daily life. Hi, this is Chad Harrison and I am the teaching pastor of Lake Community Church and have been serving as a pastor for 25 years. I'm also a practicing attorney. This podcast is designed to help you study God's word and find God's will for your life. I pray in the name of Jesus right now that God would open up his word to you and allow you to see him and to know him and to know his will, that you might glorify him and that you might walk in faith and power each and every day, especially today, in Jesus name.

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood.

This lets you know what he's operating in. He's operating in his redemptive power. We have white linen. His is dipped in blood. His is in his own blood. He rules and we overcome by his blood. He rules and we overcome by his blood. There's no way to get around it.

A church that operates in the blood

of Christ is unconquerable.

A church that does not believe in

the blood of Christ is not the church.

Period.

It's not the church can't be.

His name was called the Word of God. His name was called the Word of God. Look, It just keeps coming up.

It just.

I mean, it just keeps coming up. I mean, you can't get around it. If you deny this, you deny it all. I'm sorry. Not really. Not really. If you deny this, you deny God. If you don't know this, you don't know God. Period. Period. Eight years old. James, chapter one. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously without finding fault, and he will surely give it to you. But when you ask, you must believe. Because if you doubt, you're like a man who looks in the mirror and forgets what he looks like,

Right?

If you want to know God, you must know this. If you want to know eternity, you must know this. If you want to know life, you must know this. And there's no way for me. Listen, these things are spiritually discerned. And if you're not willing to accept that, if you're not willing to accept the opportunity to go on the journey

of knowing God, then you'll never know Him. And the journey of knowing God must begin and end with this. Period. Now, I might be able to go

on that journey if I'm in, if I. If I live, if I have a home church in China, and all I've got is One page of the book. Is one page of the book sufficient?

Absolutely it is. Absolutely it is.

God can reveal himself.

You? I.

How many sermons can I preach on one verse? How much can God reveal of his divine self in a chapter? A lot. Myriads and more. The Holy Spirit can reveal all of

God

and yet he doesn't just give

us one verse or one page.

If you. If you don't believe that, there's a lot of people say, I've got a life verse. Sadly, a lot of people that's the only verse they know. But I mean, you're gonna eat the

same thing every night.

But you can eat it every night. You can live off of it. I mean, he can send that mana from heaven every morning, right?

He can do it.

Is that what he desires? No, he wants you in the land flowing with milk and honey. But you can make it. If I were in China and I

had Leviticus, I wouldn't be happy. I'm not going to lie to you. Pray in the name of Jesus for the churches that have Leviticus, that they might get Peter or John or Matthew. It sure would be, wouldn't it?

He was closed in a row, dipped in blood. And his name is called the Word of God. And the armies in heaven clothed in fine linen, white and clean. Is that somebody I know? It's us. The armies of heaven. We get to come back. My dad loves this.

This is his favorite part.

Followed him on the white horse. On white horses, y' all get white horses.

Mine better be big. It says.

Now out of his mouth goes a sharp sword.

It's a double edged sword, okay? The Bible says the word of God is a double edged sword. It's able to divide bone and marrow, soul and spirit, okay? That means the flesh from the marrow which creates the blood. A lot of pictures there. It also means he's able to divide between your soul, which is your will, and your spirit, which is the divine part of you that is eternal and capable of knowing all things except for the name that we can't know and the seven thunders. But we're not getting back into that.

And he himself will rule them with a rock, he says. Now out of his mouth goes a sharp sword. It's a. It's the truth. It's the word of truth. And with it he should strike the nations. Listen, he's going to rule. He's going to be a ruler of truth,

He says.

And he will strike the nations. And he himself will rule them with a rod of iron.

Y' all do know what that is right. It's used for punishment. Iron is judgment. A rod of iron, well, they can't hit you with it too many times. One good hit, it handles it.

Cat of nine tails is bad rod. Iron's real bad.

He will crush iniquity. Because he was crushed to pay for iniquity. He will crush iniquity. There won't be any playing games with God.

He rules with a rod of iron. He himself treads the wine press of

the fierceness of the wrath of Almighty God. Now, he is the propitient. He is the.

He is the one who soothes the

anger of God towards sin.

Who.

Who. Who causes it to dissipate, fail to exist. But for those who reject him, he treads the wine press, which is the goodness. The wine press is where the. Where the goodness is supposed to be. Wine represents the. The goodness of God, the goodness of the Holy Spirit.

But when he comes to set things right, in that winepress will be the wrath of God.

And he will tread it. There won't be any. There won't be anybody giving you their own version of how things are working.

Those two prophets are going to kind

of break them of it. How many? Y' all don't even know what I'm talking about.

Two prophets outside the gates. Anybody who speaks bad of them, fire

comes out of their mouth and consumes them. Can you imagine that?

There's going to be some news networks out of business. I'm going to tell you what you're going to be. People that set aside their mics and the earpieces and say, I'm out. And he has on a robe,

and

on his thigh a name is written.

King of Kings and Lord of Lords. So those of you who are kind

of against tattoos, you grew up with the whole non tattoo Christian age.

Jesus got one. Okay, Just letting you know it's okay. You go.

But preacher Bible says not to have

a tattoo like the heathen.

That's Leviticus again. Okay.

All right.

And listen, if you're going to have a pentagram or something like that, I'm against it too. Okay?

But you know, ease off on the law. We're under grace. Okay? Y' all hear that? Can't believe that Chad Harrison said that. Wouldn't have said it 20 years ago.

Okay.

Look at Kathleen looking at me. I wouldn't have. I was a good Baptist boy. All right. What time is it? Oh, I got plenty of time.

Then I saw an angel standing in the sun. Why? Because now we have all the light. We have the truth. Jesus is the fullness of Jesus has come back. He's not standing in darkness anymore. There ain't no darkness anymore. There's no darkness. And he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, come and gather together for the supper of the great God.

What? Y' all know how I like history. Kathleen and I study many battles together.

Why you laughing? We do. We study menly battles, don't we, baby? The worst part about the battles is not the death. It's the animals.

Me eating the bodies after the battle is over.

If you ever study a battle, they fight.

And the armies leave

anybody who comes out there to get anything off the bodies, they don't take the bodies.

As the outlaw Josie Whale said when asked whether or not to bury them guys, he said buzzards got to eat, same as worms

coming together for the supper of the great God. That you may eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men and the flesh of horses and those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.

And by the way, they are many, many slaves in the world. Many, many. I'm not talking about metaphorical slaves. I'm talking about real slaves. They're not in the west because the west is generally guided by Judeo Christian philosophy. Okay? Christians rid themselves of slavery. I want you to hear me. Christians rid themselves of slavery. Christians did. The rest of the world was only forced to by us. You need to hear that, because that's not taught in school. There was one nation that enforced the end of worldwide oceanic slave trade, and that was the nation based off of their Christian values who ruled the seven seas and who the sun never set on their empire. And that was the British Empire. The British Navy ended worldwide slave trading.

As you go today, I pray that

the Lord will bless you and keep you, that he'll make his face to shine upon you, and that he will give you hope and peace today in Jesus name.
